This small house is located in an isolated hamlet in northern Charente.

Apart from the proximity of the train (approximately 400m away) which you can hear without feeling any discomfort, everything is peaceful and pleasant around.

A few steps away, we find an old wash house and a wooden footbridge which spans a stream and which invites walkers for pretty walks.

The first amenities are located 7 km away (commune of Luxé). For all essential products or services, you will have to travel 11 to 15 km to reach Mansle, Ruffec or Aigre.

The house is healthy and benefits from a completely redone roof!
The interior needs to be completely renovated.
